| 摘 要： | 以平衡计分卡法为基础构建科技型中小企业三级成长性评价体系,根据BSC中的因果关系链选择网络分析法ANP作为评价方法,从而体现出评价体系中各维度指标之间相互影响、相互作用,最后给出基于SD软件的实证应用和政策建议。

| Abstract: | The article firstly introduces the construction method of technological small and medium-sized enterprise three-level growth evaluation system based on the balanced scorecard.The author chooses and introduces the ana1ytic network process method in enterprise growth evaluation for the cause-effect chain in BSC,which manifests the influence and impact among the enterprise growth evaluation indexes.At last,the article illuminates the process of the enterprise growth evaluation by applying ANP in SD software,and gives some policy suggestions. |
