| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代以来,伴随着经济全球化和信息化的来临,跨国公司出现一些新趋势:跨国并购浪潮加剧,根据全球区位优势进行产业分工,其经营战略发生根本性变革,研发机构外化为一个独立的投资项目。跨国公司格局的转变对世界经济产生了深远影响。我国走向跨国经营的产业选择应遵循比较优势原则;取消对幼稚产业的保护和增强劣势产业的国际竞争力;参与全球产业生产体系的不同价值链;立足于世界与区域产业合作等等。

| Abstract: | With the economic globalization and informatization arriving, multinational corporations have appeared a new trend since 1990's, featuring: (a) the wave of multinational annexations and reorganizations have accelerated; (b) the industrial division of labor is based on regional advantage in the whole world; (c) the managerial strategies of multinational corporations have taken ultimate changes; (d) research and development organization have localized an independent investment item. The transformation of multinational corporations in pattern has produced very deep influence to the international economy. In order to make for multinational management, China should take industrial choices : to exert predominant industries by using principle of relative advantage; to abolish the protection of infantile industries and to shrenghten the competition of inferior industries to participate in the value chain of production system in global industries; to base upon the world and regional industrial collaboration and so on. |
