| 摘 要： | 人本主义理论视角下的高校图书馆建设目标是建立在真诚、接纳和尊重基础上的、以满足读者需要为主要工作内容的一种现代管理模式。它要求图书馆员对读者的不同层次需要保持敏感，对本族文化有深刻的理解，对异族文化有极大的包容，对世界文明发展的脉络有着高度的前瞻性，合理分配馆藏资源，并在图书管理和读者服务两个层面进行有效运作。

| Abstract: | University library construction from the perspective of humanism theory aims at a kind of modern management mode to meet readers needs, based on sincerity, acceptance and respect. Librarians are required to be sensitive to readers different levels, to have a deep understanding of different cultures, to be forward-looking at the world civilization development, to allocate library resources properly and to handle effectively between library management and reader＇s service. |
