| 摘 要： | 在社会发展的每一个阶段,农民问题有其自身的特点。由于市场化改革,原有体制的变动,社会流动机会的增加,农民工的社会角色发生了变化。近年来,一个具有创业意识的群体在农民工阶层中悄然兴起,这成为当下中国社会流动研究中的热点话题。本文探讨返乡创业的现状、社会流动与返乡创业的关系,提出促进返乡创业成为向上流动的具体对策。
