| 摘 要： | 旅游开发与环境保护是自然景区管理的关键问题.文章在阐释国家公园的基础上,概述了国内外国家公园的研究状况,提出了国家公园的资源属性、自然价值和社会价值属性.我国的自然景区必须坚持可持续发展理念,要理顺管理体制,通过国家公园的建设形式来保护与开发自然资源,并对国民进行环境教育宣传.

| Abstract: | It is the key issue to balance tourism development and environment protection in natural scenic region.After the explanation of the connotation of the national park,it reviews the research progress of national parks at home and abroad and proposes the resource properties,natural value and social value of national park.It enlightens us to improve the management structure based on the concept of sustainable development.We should protect and develop the natural resources and carry out national environmental education through the construction of national parks. |
