| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、数据统计法和逻辑推理法等研究方法对湖北地方院校社会体育专业的人才培养方案进行了对比研究,发现无论在培养目标的定位,或在课程设置方面都存在目标不清、设置单一等问题.要摆脱当前社会体育专业人才培养面临的困境,就必须以市场为导向对人才培养方案进行修订,拓宽社会体育专业学生的就业途径,提高社会体育专业学生的就业竞争力,方为社会体育专业的生存之本.

| Abstract: | This paper conducts a comparative study on the education proposal of talent training of social sports major in Hubei local colleges and universities.There are many deficiencies on talent cultivation objective orientation and curriculum setting.It’s imperative to revise the education proposal of personnel training,to broaden the ways to employment for students and to strengthen the ability to employment competition. |
