| 摘 要： | 结合山西省城镇体系规划，地理位置及经济发展水平将山西省划分为晋中、晋北、晋南、晋东南4个区域，并从体育生活方式的行为主体、行为特征和行为效益进行对比分析。研究表明：在区域分层下，山西省居民体育生活方式具有地域差异性；从行为特征来看，晋北地区在锻炼时间、频率好于其他区域，晋中地区锻炼强度优于其他区域；以太原为中心的晋中地区居民的收入水平、消费水平和结构要高于其他区域；从行为主体来看，晋中、晋南地区居民体育社交、心理、保健的认识程度要好于其他区域；从行为效益的评价，不同区域均表现出较高的认可程度。

| Abstract: | Combined with planning, geographical location and level of economic development of the urban system in Shanxi Province and from actors sport lifestyle, behavior characteristics and behavior to analyze the effectiveness of Jinzhong, Shanxi Province is divided into, Shanxi Province, Jinnan, four southeastern region, studies show that：in the area stratification, Shanxi resident sports lifestyle with geographic differences. From the behavioral characteristics, the northern Shanxi region in exercise time, better frequency in other areas, exercise intensity Jinzhong region than in other regions; income level as the center of Taiyuan, Jinzhong area residents, consumption level and structure than other region;From the point of behavior subject, jinzhong, be residents sports social, psychological, health cognition degree is better than the other area; From behavioral efficiency evaluation, different regions showed a high degree of recognition. |
