摘    要:法学案例教学法是将学生置身于真实法律环境中,让学生自主分析和研究案例,释解成文法内容并培养学生实际应用能力的教学方法。此教学法在培养学生法律应用能力、调动学生学习的积极性和主动性,培养学生的创造性思维和解决问题的能力方面具有不可替代的优点。在法学专业教学中让案例教学法真正发挥其效果,必须抓住案例的选择、学生课前预习、课堂讨论、讨论后的总结四个环节。

Abstract:Case-teaching methods of law are a kind of method in which students are put in the situation Of virtual law circumstance, that makes students analyze and research law case, and interpret the content of stature and that cultivates students' ability of applying law. The method has irreplaceable advantage in developing students' ability of applying law, incenting students' activity, cultivating students' creative thinking and ability to solve problem . It's necessary to focus on the four stage: choosing suitable ease, previewing, discussing and summarizing if you want to make the method take effete in teaching.
