| 摘 要： | “应试体育”教育不符合终身体育和素质教育的要求，根据现代社会的发展，学校体育应实施“素质体育”教育，即以体育文化素质为导向，以体育心理素质为中介，以身体健康为目的，全面培养学生，造就合格人才。

| Abstract: | Physical Education for examination does not accord with the demands of lifelong physical education and the education for the develop of personal qualities. With the development of modern society, school physical education ought to carry out the physical education tO develop personal qualities, with cultural qualities in physical education as the guide, mental qualities in phySical avocation as the bridge and physical health as the aim. Only through physical education for the development of personal qualities can a school educate students completely and create better and more qualified people for our society. |
