| 摘 要： | 基于科技管理现实需求与学科发展，在分析教育部学科分类代码、国家学科分类标准、国家自科以及国家社科分类代码的基础上，提出了科技管理工程学的概念，并将其置于管理科学与工程一级学科之下，研究内容包括:国家及区域科技管理；高校、科研院所科技管理；产业科技管理；企业科技管理工程；科学计量学；科技评价与科技统计；科技决策与优化；科技系统工程。科技管理工程学的研究对象以区域、产业以及高校科研院所的科技管理为主，兼顾企业层面的科技决策与优化研究，强调管理科学与工程的方法和技术在科技管理领域的应用与创新。

| Abstract: | This paper is aimed to consider the conception of sci-tech management engineering in the first-tier subject of management science and engineering through analyzing the national subject classification standards and classification code, and the national classification code for natural science and social science. It involves national and regional technology management, sci-tech management of universities and scientific institutes, industrial sci-tech management, enterprise sci-tech management engineering, scientometrics, sci-tech evaluation and statistics, decision-making and optimization, and technology system engineering. Research on sci-tech management engineering focuses on the management of science and technology in regional, industrial and academic institutes, as well as the technological decision and optimization at the enterprise level, emphasizing the application and innovation of methods and techniques of management science and engineering in the field of sci-tech management |
