| 摘 要： | 孝昌县为湖北省贫困山区县,2002年实施退耕还林以来,各级人民政府高度重视退耕还林工作,退耕还林政策到位好,群众积极性高,大力发展生态林、经济林,形成了产业型经济模式,取得了较好成绩。搞好退耕还林工作,发展经济林是加快新农村建设;解决"三农"问题的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Xiaochang County is a depressed mountainous region. Since the "Grain for Green Project" in 2002, achiev-ements have been achieved due to the followings: great attention has been paid from all levels of the government; sup-porting policies have been weighted for the project; public enthusiasm and establishment of eco-forests and productionforests facilitate the formation of the industrial economic pattern. The accomplishment of "Grain for Green Project" is anefficient path to solve "three farmer-brackets issue" and accelerate the construction of the new socialist rural area. |
