| 摘 要： | 近些年来企业社会责任不仅成为学界所共同关心的焦点，而且在实践中也得到了应用，比如制定了SA8000标准（社会责任标准）.然而企业社会责任定义的统一却没有得到充分的重视。基于此，本文通过对西方国家和我国关于企业社会责任定义的界说的分析，对企业社会责任进行了分类，由此，界定了现代企业社会责任的性质和定义。

| Abstract: | These years, not only social responsibility of enterprise has become the focus of academe caring together, but also it gets application in practice, such as constituted SA8000 criterion(criterion of social responsibility).However, academe has not sufficiently attached importance to unification of definition of social responsibility of enterprise. Basing on that, this text classifies social responsibility of enterprise by the analysis of viewpoints about definition of social responsibility of enterprise in western country and our country. By this, the character and definition of modern social responsibility of enterprise defines clearly. |
