中小学教师教育研究能力缺失的根源与对策

摘    要:教师教育研究能力是教师专业成长的根本,是促进教师职业专业化建设的重要条件。当前我国的中小学教师表现出教育研究能力缺失,根本原因是因为师范院校的教师教育的师范性不突出,教师资格培训质量不保证,在职教师专业培训良莠不齐。为解决教师教育研究能力缺失的问题,师范院校必须进行突出师范性的教育改革,教师教育主管部门要规范非师范生从事教师职业的岗前培训,着实做好在职教师的继续教育工作,以促进教师教育研究能力的不断发展。

Abstract:Educational research ability of teachers is a fundamentality for the professional growth of teachers and an important condition to promote the professional construction of teachers. Currently the defect of educational resea rch ability is represented by teachers of primary & middle schools just becaus e the normality of teacher's education in normal college doesn't stand out, the training quality of teacher's qualification can't be ensured, the professional training of teachers in office is not satisfactory. To solve the problem of defec t of teacher's educational research ability, normal colleges must give prominenc e to educational reform of normality, educational administration must standardiz e pre- work training for non- normal students who will engage in teaching, rea lly perform well the continuing education of teachers in office so as to promote the further development of teacher's educational research ability.
