| Abstract: | The theory of denial of a legal entity's personality emerges on the basis of acknowledging and safe-
guardind the exist of the whole corporation system, and plays a supplementary and perfect role. In our country, the sys-
tem of denial of a legal entity's personality is no matter to yet at the stage of fumbling in practice or in theory. This text
starts with the defect of the limited responsibility system, and attempt to discuss the system of denial of a legal entity's
personality in these respects below: emergences, exist value, documents of constitution, scope of application, and per-
fection in legislation of our country. At last, put forward the humble opinions, expecting to play a role in casting a brick
to attract jade. |
