| 摘 要： | 伴随着我国经济和科技技术的迅猛发展，电子资源已经融入到高校图书馆的资源建设当中，并且得到了广泛地推崇。事实上，电子资源已经成为高校图书馆的重要组成部分之一，它改变了传统意义上图书馆提供信息资源的形式，并且逐步推动我国高校图书馆的建设朝着更高层次的方向发展。但是，从另一方面来说，我们不得不承认现阶段我国高校图书馆在利用电子资源的时候存在很大程度上的问题，怎样完善这一方面建设刻不容缓。本文立足于这一现状展开讨论，并结合电子资源的要素进行深入分析，希望能够提高高校图书馆电子资源利用效率。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of China＆#39;s economy and technologies, electronic resources have been integrated into the construction of university library resources, and have been widely praised. In fact, electronic resources have become an important part of university libraries, as they change the traditional form of libraries in providing information resources, and gradually pro-mote the construction of university libraries towards a higher level of development in China. However, on the other hand, we have to admit the largely existing problems of university libraries in using electronic resources, and how to improve this aspect of the con-struction books no delay. Based on a discussion of this situation, combined with the elements of electronic resources, this paper makes an in-depth analysis, hoping to improve the utilization ef-ficiency of university library electronic resources. |
