摘    要:山东省十二五期间的名校建设工程明确提出了“高等学校要切实把育人作为最根本的任务”,而对于已经占全国高校教师总数量63%的青年教师来说,怎样在这种理念的倡导下站稳讲台,是其职业生涯中应该首要慎重思考的问题。本文从三个方面进行了研究,即上讲台前的准备定位,站上讲台后的不断学习,遇到问题时保持良好心态,从而正确引导青年教师树立职业自信、强化职业责任感。

How to Gain a Podium for Young Teachers under the Concept of Prestigious School Construction

Abstract:During the 12th five-year plan, the prestigious school construction of Shandong Province clearly puts forward that"col-leges and universities should take education as the most funda-mental task". So, the problem of how to gain a podium under this concept should be first carefully thought about for young teachers who have accounted for 63% of the total number of teachers in colleges. This paper studies from three aspects: orientation of yourself before standing on the platform, continuous learning and maintaining a good attitude, thereby correctly guiding young teachers to establish confidence and strengthen their occupation responsibility.
