| 摘 要： | 开展群众文化活动，不仅是群众的普遍要求，也是乡镇文化站的首要工作。文中先简单介绍乡镇群众文化活动的新变化和开展文化活动的意义，然后分析乡镇群众文化工作中存在的问题，最后就乡镇文化站的核心作用和完善方法进行重点剖析，重点强调人为因素的重要性。

| Abstract: | The development of mass cultural activities,is not only the universal demand of the masses,but also the top work of rural and township cultural stations.This paper first briefly introduces the new changes of rural and township mass cultural activities and the significance of developing cultural activities,and then an-alyzes the existing problems in the work of rural and township mass culture,and finally focuses on the core role and improve-ment methods of rural and township cultural stations,emphasizing the importance of human factors. |
