| 摘 要： | 政府成本问题研究是我国政府改革与政府发展的需要，也是现代政府理论的重要组成部分。目前，我国正处于从传统的计划经济体制向市场经济体制过渡的转型时期，中国政府行政成本居高不下，浪费严重的问题十分突出，必须建设节约透明、服务高效、廉洁诚信的政府，控制政府的行政成本、建设节约型政府。

| Abstract: | The research on government cost is the requirement of China government reform and development,also the important component of modern government theory.Nowadays,China is in the transforming period of traditional planned economy system to market economy system,government executive cost is very high and the phenomenon of waste is outstanding,so that China must set up an economy,effective,honest government.It is very significant to control government's executive cost and build an economy government.This paper,according to the research on government cost theory,has analyzed the main issues of China government executive cost and proposed countermeasures to control government executive cost. |
