| 摘 要： | 乳房炎是奶牛生产中最普遍、最复杂也是花费最多的疾病,与乳铁蛋白存在一定的相关性.本实验以DHPLC取代SSCP检测bLF基因点突变.结果表明,DHPLC对点突变的检出率达到97%,优于SSCP等方法.
