| 摘 要： | 大学生村官计划自实施以来受到社会的普遍关注。联系到最近几年中央出台的一系列关于大学生面向基层,面向农村就业的政策,不少人联想到40年前那场轰轰烈烈的知识青年上山下乡。大学生村官与40年前那场影响了1700万知青命运的政治运动相比,有着许多不同之处。因此就有必要对二者进行比较研究。

| Abstract: | The programme of University Student Village Officer has been received the social attention since it was carried out. Linking to the series of policies annouced by central authorities in recent years which are concerned with the graduate emplyment geared to the needs of grassroots and rural areas, a good few people will associate with the vigorous movement of educated youths who worked in the rural and mountainous areas. Compared with the political movement which influenced 17 million educated youths＇ fates 40 years before, the programme of University Student Village Oftleer appears a lot of differences. This paper tries comparing and analysing them with the hope that it can provide new historical basis and policy advices to perfect the project of University Student Village Officer. |
