| Abstract: | Entrepreneurship Education is a new concept of education and teaching, and practical teaching has an irreplaceable special role on culturing students’ innovative spirit and entrepreneurial capacity comparing with theoretical teaching. There is a big gap on traditional practice teaching methods of law major and entrepreneurship education. To raise students’ awareness of innovation and entrepreneurial capacity, it must absorb the elements of innovation, reform and innovative content, form and methods of practice teaching, and innovative model of talent culturing. Therefore, we should make use of the power of the whole society, depth to carry out school-enterprise cooperation, jointly develop training programs, jointly develop the main courses, jointly build high-quality teaching team, jointly construct high level of entrepreneurial practice bases and build organic links of new practical teaching system both in school, outside school and curricular, extracurricular. |
