| 摘 要： | 研究考查上世纪90年代以来战略管理学术研究的主要知识结构及其演进规律，划分了九个战略管理研究学派，比较研究明茨伯格划分的十大学派，提出一些评价标准，从业务管理框架、市场环境及其企业绩效的三个层面评价九个学派在解释战略管理基本问题上的优劣。在此基础上提出一个战略管理研究的综合性框架。

| Abstract: | This paper reviews the knowledge structure of strategic management academic studies and its evolution since 1990s. It differentiates nine schools of strategic management study and compares them with ten schools differentiated by Mintzberg. Then the paper puts forward some indexes to measure the interpretation of basic problems by nine schools from three dimensions of business management framework, market environment and firm performance. Finally, the authors establish an integrative framework of strategic management study according to the above analysis. |
