| Abstract: | The authors discuss the relations between IC and grid, and develop the IC model on the basis of grid. The authors analyze the integration of hardwares, services and resources, then the authors put forward the common use of the collections, web and digital resources, model of users’ interaction, and the system of the maintain of information communication. |
