| 摘 要： | 当前建筑施工企业面临越来越激烈的市场竞争形势，这种竞争不仅来自国内而且更多的是来自国外；建筑施工企业要在新一轮的市场竞争中立于不败之地，就必须适应发展变化的市场竞争环境，培育自己的核心竞争力，核心竞争力的核心就是低成本战略；分析了过程管理的评价技术，并提出把过程管理运用到建筑工程项目成本控制中去的理论及方法。

| Abstract: | Now the construction enterprises are facing increasingly heated market competition.Part of the competition comes from home,but more is from the abroad.If they want to remain invincible in a new round of competition,they must adapt themselves to the developing and changing market environment,and develop their own core-competitiveness,whose centre is the low cost strategy.This paper analyzes the evaluating technology of the process management,and puts forward the theory and method of applying the process management to the cost control of the construction project. |
