| 摘 要： | 研究外包中的承包方企业如何通过合适的控制机制来实现有效的知识获取.研究表明,承包方企业的契约控制与其知识获取呈现倒U型的关系,而信任控制促进了知识获取的发生,同时在中国的特殊背景下,契约控制是培养双方信任的前提和基础,并且与信任控制具有倒U型的关系.

| Abstract: | This paper focused on how to choose appropriate control mechanism to achieve effective knowledge acquisition for local venders in outsourcing.The findings indicate: the contract control used by receivers has an inverted U-shaped relationship with knowledge acquisition,whereas trust control has a positive effect on knowledge acquisition.And in the specific context of China,trust control is based on contract control and has an inverted U-shaped relation between these two controls. |
