| 摘 要： | 我国少数民族传统体育有着深厚的历史渊源,但在西方体育文化的冲击下出现了流失.通过研究认为：充分认识少数民族体育的特性,并结合高校的现状,在学校体育教育中开展少数民族传统体育教学对于丰富体育教学内容、弘扬民族传统文化、提高学生的体育参与热情,从身心合一的角度全面提高学生素质均具有重要意义.

| Abstract: | China's national traditional sports has deep historical origins,but it has became erosion under the shock of West sports culture.Through the investigation on this topic,this paper shows that it is important to know the characters of national sports,rich the sports physical education contents,expand traditional culture,improve students' sports enthusiasm and increase students' qualities. |
