力量训练对老年人体适能的影响

摘    要:通过体适能测试的方式,比较长期规律从事力量训练的老年人群各项体适能指标的适应性变化。结果表明:老年人力量训练能有效降脂、增加肌肉力量、肌肉含量、时间肺活量、提高骨密度、改善平衡能力以及心血管和呼吸系统机能;而对改善BM I、KTL、柔韧素质、反应能力和血压作用有限。

Abstract:This paper,through the test of health-related physical fitness,studies the adaption of all kinds of indexes of the elderly who take part in the strength training regularly.The results show that strength training can reduce fat effectively,improve the balanced capacity and increase muscle strength,vital capacity,bone mineral density and systems of cardiovascular and respiratory.But the functions of improving BMI,KTL,pliable and tough,reaction and blood pressure are improved limitedly.
