| 摘 要： | 高校与城市社区共享体育资源是我国未来体育发展方向。当前,由于发展的理念、组织管理机制,以及高校向社会开放存在的困难等原因,我国高校丰富的体育资源没有得到充分发挥。要实现高校体育资源与城市社区共享,必须借鉴高校与社区成功共享的经验,构建共享的管理机构与工作机制,建立共享的人力与场馆资源,打造共享的竞赛活动。

| Abstract: | Sharing physical resources between urban communities and colleges is the developing direction of Chinese sports.Presently,because of the development concepts,organization and management mechanisms as well as the problems of open colleges to public use,the abundant sports resources of colleges are not allowed fully play.In order to share college sports resources with urban communities,it is necessary to use the successful experience for reference,build a shared working mechanism and administrative organization,set up a shared manpower and facility resources and build a shared competitive activities. |
