摘    要:采用文献资料法,介绍了不同形式的运动训练对中枢神经系统中NO含量的影响,并综述了NO与运动训练的研究现状及该领域研究中存在的问题,以及NO在将来的研究方向,为改善运动员运动性中枢疲劳及全民健身提供一定的神经生物学依据。

Abstract:Using the method of document literature,this paper introduces the relationships between different forms of exercise training and the nitric oxide content of central nervous system.Moreover,it also summarizes the status quo,problems and future development of this research field.In order to provide some neurobiology references for eliminating exercise-induced central fatigue and fitness of the nation.
