| 摘 要： | 本文在总结了中国国有企业历史变迁的五个阶段的基础上．归纳出国有企业公司治理演进的九种基本模式，认为国有企业公司治理模式正在从行政型治理向经济型治理演进,推而广之得出我国的公司治理模式也正在从行政型治理向经济型治理演进的结论。

| Abstract: | Based on the five stages changes of Chinese state-owned enterprises, this paper summarizes nine basic evolution models of corporate governance in Chinese state-owned enterprises. This paper holds that corporate governance model of state-owned enterprises is evolving from administrative governance to economic governance. By further extending the conclusion, We find that Chinese corporate governance follow this path too . |
