| 摘 要： | 随着中国出境游市场的快速发展,各旅行社面临领队人才紧缺的困境,尤其紧缺既懂管理、又懂策划和领队业务的高素质领队人才。为了促进出境游市场的健康持续发展,中国的高等旅游教育应重视对出境领队人才的培养,通过构建新型的以市场为导向、以学生为中心的人才培养模式,加强校企合作和国际交流,为市场培养一大批复合型、高素质的出境领队人才。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of outbound tourism market in China, travel agencies are confronted with shortage of tour team leaders, particularly those who are proficient in management,planning and leading.. In view of promoting the sustained and healthy development in the tourism market, attentions should be paid to the training of outbound tour team leaders in China＇s higher tourism education. We should construct new-type market and students-oriented talents training model and intensify college-enterprise cooperation and international communications with the view to training a large number of interdisciplinary, highly-skilled outbound tour team leaders. |
