摘    要:高职教育吸引力问题,本质上是受教育者在高职层面进行人力资源投资的成本—收益比较问题,应侧重从受教育者的角度来评价高等教育吸引力高低,分析影响其主观评价的各种因素及其相关关系。调查问卷因子分析的结论表明,可从增强全社会对高职教育的认同感、加强高职教育培养目标与地方经济的密切联系、提高职业技能认证的社会公信力等方面提高高职教育吸引力。

Abstract:The appeal of higher vocational education is, in essence,cost-benefit comparison of the educated's investment in human resources. Emphasis should be placed on the assessment of the appeal of higher vocational education from the vision of the educated, the analysis of various factors affecting subjective assessment and different relations involved. The conclusions from questionnaire factor analysis argue that the appeal of higher vocational education can be enhanced by improving the social identity of higher vocational education,the relations between higher vocational education training objectives and the local economy, the social credibility of the voca- tional skills certification, and being clearly informed of the .focus on the short-medium term development of high- er vocational education.
