| 摘 要： | 宿舍人际关系和谐与否关系到大学生的学习、生活、心理健康等方面，同时也直接反映一个学校的校风和学生的精神面貌。影响宿舍人际关系和谐的个体因素包括个体背景、性格和认知的差异。针对其不同特点，以积极应对方式达到自我教育、自我和谐，从而实现人际关系的和谐与改善，是当前高校教育工作者面临的崭新课题。

| Abstract: | Harmonious interpersonal relationship in domitories directly reflects the school spirit and students'spiritual appearance.It has been a great challenge for university educators to do research on how to take corresponding direction and education according to different features,so that college students could know themselves accurately and do self-education and congruence in order to achieve harmony and improve interpersonal relationship. |
