| 摘 要： | 本文对高职院校计算机类专业教师存在的问题进行分析和“双师素质”教师的培养方法进行了研究，结合国家骨干高职院校立项建设单位——哈尔滨铁道职业技术学院计算机类专业教师“双师素质”教师培养的实践，探索了“双师素质”教师培养的有效途径。
