| 摘 要： | 国际公法较为完善的今天，依然存在着国家地位不对等的情况。强国惯常于通过条约扩大自己的利益，对于条约的另一方，这显然是让人难以接受的。回归中国近代史，是一段缠绕着“不平等条约”的历史。屈辱起于中国方面对国际法及外交知识的匮乏，随着留洋人士的归国后，近代中国才开始注重对外交方面的认识。如何消除“不平等条约”的严重侵害成为了当时急需解决的问题，“修约”针对此问题作出的努力，成为当时中国外交史上重要的一部分。

| Abstract: | Today, public international law is relatively perfect, there is still unequal situation of national status. Usual the nations in power by treaty to expand their own interests, for a treaty another side, this is clearly unacceptable. Review to Chinese history, is a intertwined with the history of the ＂unequal treaties＂ humiliation on the lack of knowledge of international law and diplomacy in China, as people abroad return home, modern China began to pay attention to the understanding of foreign affairs, how to eliminate the ＂unequal treaties＂ serious violation has become urgent problems at the time, ＂revised＂ the efforts aimed at this problem, become an important part of Chinese diplomatic history. |
