| 摘 要： | 众所周知，晚清官场派别林立，步步惊心。然而曾国藩、李鸿章却被同时誉为晚晴的“中兴名臣”。曾国藩为三朝重臣，李鸿章也官居极品，显然都得益于他们的为官之道。二人虽为师承关系，但细细比较，二人在为官背景、为官德性、用人识人、功过是非方面皆有不同。透视分析二人的为官之道，不仅使人深谙官场的风云变化，还可以警醒世人评价历史人物应持有一种客观的态度。

| Abstract: | As is known to all, officialdom factions in the late Qing dynasty, startling step by step. However Zeng Guofan ar：d Li Hongzhang were also known as the ＂The Famous General in Silver Age＂. Zeng Guofan at the time of three dynasties, andLi Hongzhang, of the highest rank, apparently have benefited from their official channel. Although two people for the teacher relationship, but carefully comparing, two people in the background, the official virtue, choosing persons, merits and demerits are different. Analyzing the two offieialdoms, not only makes one official familiar with the situation changes, but also alerts the world to evaluate historical figures should hold an objective atti- tude. |
