| 摘 要： | 通过录像分析和专家访谈等方法,以第41～42届世界体操锦标赛单项决赛成套动作为研究对象,分析了当今世界单杠项目动作类型选择倾向、连接动作以及动作难度的发展。研究表明:杠上动作中悬垂摆动和"掏腿"类中以扭臂握为结束姿势的动作逐渐减少,中穿前上类次数增多;特卡切夫类、后空翻越杠类和并腿马尔凯使用次数增多,叶格尔和京格尔类发展平缓,前空翻越杠类绝迹;连接动作使用次数明显增多,杠上动作接飞行动作成为当今世界单杠动作连接的主要形式,中穿前上类与飞行动作的连接成为主要连接方式;运动员提高成套动作D分的主要途径是单个超高难度动作和连接加分,但有进一步向连接加分发展的趋向。
