| 摘 要： | 有宋一代,体育活动与前代相比发生了很大的变化,不仅体育活动的种类比前代增多,而且其目的也从宋以前的为政治或军事性转向宋的休闲娱乐、世俗及专业化为主；此期,传统“礼”的精神继续在体育活动中加强,比前代有过之而无不及.在宋代,从事体育活动的不仅有以宫廷为代表的上流社会的达官贵人,还有民间的普通群众、专业体育人,而宋代的体育活动之所以开展的如火如荼,这些都是和统治者的倡导,城市工商业的繁荣以及宫廷和民间体育活动的互动等因素分不开.
