我国优秀男子跳高运动员技术特征的生物力学分析

摘    要:通过运用三维运动学分析的方法,对我国现役4名优秀男子跳高选手的起跳技术进行研究发现:我国选手普遍存在H1值偏低,H3值偏大的现象;胡桐和徐欣过杆技术差;张树峰起跳腿缓冲幅度大、腿部肌肉的爆发力好,蹬伸能力强,摆动腿在起跳过程中摆动速度快,摆动腿和摆动臂整个摆动动作比较协调;徐欣倒一步的步长短,有倒小步的现象,上体过早抬起。

Abstract:With the method of 3-D kinematical analysis,it researched on the take-off technology about four elite male high-jumpers and found that Chinese athletes have widely low H1 and higher H3.The amcebar technique is not good for Hu Tong and Xu Xin.Zhang Shufeng’s buffering amplitude of take-off leg is long,and leg muscle acceleration is perfect,the ability of stretching is strong,strong ability in the process of take-off swinging fast,swinging arm and swinging leg have a good coordination.Xu Xin’s step length is short,and have poured small steps,uplift early for the body.
