| 摘 要： | 随着我国法治建设的进一步发展，人们开始关注法律程序的正当性问题。各种程序理论都提出了自己的判断法律程序是否正当的标准，但是，这些判断标准都存在一定的缺陷。我们应该根据法律程序的各个组成要素来判断法律程序的正当性。

| Abstract: | With the further development of the rule of law in our country, people are focusing on the rightness of legal procedures. All kinds of procedure theories have raised the standards to justify whether their own legal procedures are right or not. However, there exit some weaknesses for all the standards. Therefore, we should justify it according to the composition of the legal procedures. |
