| 摘 要： | 科技与经济协调发展是高质量经济增长的一个重要特征。经济增长主要得益于资本投入量的增加、技术进步对经济增长的贡献率不高、科技投入不足是山东科技与经济协调发展的主要制约因素。如何发挥山东多年高速发展中形成的科技经济优势，充分利用各种条件，实现科技与经济的协调发展，对山东实现由经济大省向经济强省的跨越与创新型省份的建设，具有重要意义。
