摘    要:以课程改革为核心的基础教育改革,对教师提出了更高的要求。教师素质特别是职业素质成为决定全局的关键因素之一。实践研究证明,科学、系统的教育实践活动有利于教师的师德培养,有利于教师特殊能力的培养,有利于知识结构和创新意识的培养,可以说教育实践是培养师范生职业素质的有效途径。

Abstract:The reform of basic education takin g the course reform as a core requires a higher standard for teachers.The quality of teachers,p articularly,their vocational quality,becomes one of critical factors to the suc-cess.Practice has proven that the ac tivity of educational practice benefits the cultivation of teacher' s morality,the special ability,the knowledge stru cture and the creative ideology.It i s sure that educational practice is a n effective way to cultivate the vocational quality of normal students.
