摘    要:以硫酸亚铁、氢氧化锂、磷酸为原料,采用水热法合成磷酸铁锂(LiFePO4)电极材料,并利用X-射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱(FT—IR)等分析手段来对所制样品进行结构表征.分别探索了水热晶化时间、晶化温度以及水热反应釜填充度对LiFePO4结构的影响.结果表明,在本研究中LiFePO4的最佳合成条件为:晶化温度180℃,晶化时间24h,填充度70%.

Abstract:LiFePO4 was synthesized via the hydrothermal method with the starting reagents of FeSO4 · 7H2O, LiOH·H2O, and H3PO4. The as-prepared samples were characterized by using XRD and FT-IR techniques. The influence of different hydrothermal temperatures, actor on the structure of LiFePQ was investigated in hydrothermal time, and compactedness of hydrothermal redetails. The results showed that the optimal reaction param- eters were as follows: hydrothermal temperature 180 ℃, hydrothermal time 24 h, and compactedness 70%.
