供应链管理与"看板"

摘    要:供应链是一种跨企业的战略组合,力图通过节点之间的有效控制与协调,提升供应链整体的竞争力,包括降低成本,迅速的市场反应,更高的客户满意度。如何构建一个高效的供应链联盟始终是供应链管理领域中一个实践性的核心问题之一。本文试图通过丰田生产方式下的“看板”管理,对供应链管理中的信息传递、控制与协调方式等问题进行探讨,提出供应链管理从战略层面能够尽快进入战术层面的基本方法。

Supply Chain Management and "Kanban"
Abstract:Supply chain is an strategic integration within enterprises, which mainly try to enhance the whole chain's competitive ability, including decreasing cost, rapid market response, and higher customer satisfaction, through the effective control and collaboration between all nodes in a supply chain. How to construct a highly-effective supply chain keeps one of most important practical questions in the field of supply chain management. This paper analyzes the information transform, control and collaboration in a supply chain on the ground of Kanban management under Toyota production system(TPS), and further offer a basic method to transfer supply chain management from strategic layer to tactic layer as soon as possible.
