| 摘 要： | 兴趣是学生学习的动力之一.培养和激发学生对太极拳的兴趣是搞好太极拳教学不可缺少的因素.本文就教学过程中培养学生对太极拳的兴趣,提高高校太极拳教学实效性作了初步的探讨.
