| 摘 要： | 部门预算是预算管理的核心。高等学校是构建现代国民教育体系和终身教育体系的重要组成部分。也属于部门预算的范畴。高等学校应改革部门预算工作，做好部门预算，加强预算的执行力度，强化预算的约束力，充分发挥预算管理在高校财务管理中的重要作用。
