| 摘 要： | 冰雪体育文化是北方独特的地域文化现象。冰雪体育运动在锻炼北方高校学生健康体魄的同时，也磨练了学生坚忍不拔的意志，培育了学生团队协作精神和大局意识，对学生冬季焦躁的不健康心理状态也起到很好的调节作用。基于安全、经费、专用设施等方面的限制，高校冬季冰雪体育活动存在开设情况差异较大，开设项目单一、趣味性不强，学生参与积极性不高等现状，提出营造良好的校园冰雪体育文化氛围，强调冰雪体育运动隐性功能，增强高校支持力度，开拓思路，克服场地设施障碍，以人为本，提高运动的趣味性和娱乐性，培养培训专业师资，提高教师指导水平等措施，旨在不断加强北方高校冰雪体育文化的塑造。

Shaping the Ice and Snow Sports Culture in Northern Universities |

| Abstract: | The culture of ice and snow sports is a unique geographic cultural phenominon in northern. While the students exercise by ice and snow sports in northern universities,also training their indomitable will,cultivating the teamwork spirit and the overall consciousness,which also have a good control on the unhealthy psychology of students in winter. Based on the limitation of safety,funds and special facilities, winter sports activities exist that the situation of opening has much difference,too simple projects,not interested,and low participating enthusiasm. Put forward to build a good campus cultural atmosphere of ice and snow sports. Focus on the recessive function of ice and snow sports,and enhance support of universities. Expand way of thinking,overcome the barriers of facilities,people-oriented,improve fun and entertaining of sports,cultivate professional teachers,improve the level of teachers' guidance,to continuously strengthen shaping ice and snow sports culture in northern universities. |
