| 摘 要： | 地方高校图书馆在图书馆领域中既有其共性,也有其特殊性,如何适应时代的发展,更新观念、加强管理、创新服务方式是地方高校图书馆面临的重大课题。在网络环境下地方高校图书馆走服务的特色之路,无疑对馆藏信息资源结构建设、信息资源保障与获取方式、图书馆服务质量评价标准以及地方高校的整体建设都是大有裨益的。
