| 摘 要： | 大学生作为高等教育培养的终极产品，健全的人格是其全面发展和健康成长的重要内容。学生人格是指学生完成学习任务、成功地走向社会所必须具备的，由良好的道德修养、健康的心理倾向、健全的个性特征、积极的认知方式、正确的情绪情感、规范的行为习惯等人格特征组成的综合体。学生人格作为一种特殊的物质力量和精神力量，对人类社会发展和进步起着十分重要的作用，因此，人格培育对于大学生的健康成长和全面发展具有十分重要的意义。高校图书馆是大学生获取知识、接受教育的重要渠道，在学生的人格培育中具有其它教育方式不可替代的作用。
