基于ANSYS二次开发的轧辊磨损研究

摘    要:应用ANSYS的参数化设计语言APDL,针对中厚板轧制过程中轧辊间的磨损情况,开发了有限元分析专用模块,实现对轧辊的快速建模以及轧辊间磨损的快速数值分析。应用本专用模块对某一轧机轧辊间磨损进行数值分析,结果与实际测得数值相吻合。轧辊间磨损分析专用模块的开发不仅缩短了设计分析周期,降低生产成本,而且为快速地实现对轧辊的磨损进行优化设计提供了一个有效的途径和方法。

Abstract:The ANSYS parametric design language APDL is used to develop the special module of the finite analysis for roll wear in the process of rolling to realize the fast modeling structural pa- rameters of roller and the fast numerical analysis. Using the specific module, the results of nu- merical analysis of the wear coincide with the actual measured values. The development of specif- ic modules of roll wear analysis not only shortens the design cycle and reduces the production cost, but also provides an effective ways and means to optimize the design of roll wear.
